Our first aid, CPR and AED programs are designed to give you the confidence to respond in an emergency situation with skills that can save a life. All courses follow the American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines and OSHA Standards. The core module is comprised of general principals, medical emergencies and injury emergencies.
Heartsaver® CPR - Designed for any individual who has a duty to respond to emergencies. Participants learn how to perform CPR and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants.
Heartsaver® First Aid - Participants learn first aid skills recommended by OSHA for treating a variety of injuries, such as burns; wounds; head, neck and back injuries; and heat and cold related emergencies. Participants also learn to manage sudden illnesses, stroke, seizure, bites and poisoning. The course is modular to meet the needs of specific workplace or group of employees.
Heartsaver® AED - Participants learn how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) on adult victims of cardiac arrest or child victims of cardiac arrest. The Heartsaver AED Course was the first in the nation to combine hands-on AED instruction with Adult CPR training. This course is for people who need to learn CPR and how to operate an AED.
